Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WorkWomp career decision advisor service ("Service") operated by Inglehoff LLC, doing business as WorkWomp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

WorkWomp is an AI-powered career decision advisor that helps job seekers evaluate career opportunities in relation to their personal values and professional goals. The Service includes: a values assessment, opportunity tracking, AI-generated analysis and scoring of job opportunities, and a conversational AI interface for career Q&A.

Beta Service: WorkWomp is currently in beta. The Service is provided "as-is" without uptime guarantees. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be removed without prior notice. We appreciate your feedback as we improve the product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account that occurs before you notify us.

One person may not maintain more than one account. You may not share your account access with others.

4. AI-Powered Features — Important Disclaimer

WorkWomp uses artificial intelligence to generate career opportunity scores, comparative analyses, and conversational responses. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional career, financial, legal, or employment advice.
• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inconsistent. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
• Scores and ratings are subjective AI assessments, not objective measurements or predictions of career outcomes.
• You are solely responsible for any career decisions you make. We expressly disclaim all liability for outcomes — financial, professional, or otherwise — arising from decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
• You should consult qualified professionals (career counselors, financial advisors, employment attorneys) before making major career decisions.
• Your data is transmitted to third-party AI infrastructure providers for processing. See our Privacy Policy and AI Disclaimer for details.

5. Subscription and Payment

WorkWomp operates on a credit-based model. New users receive one (1) free full analysis unlock. Additional analysis unlocks require purchasing credits.

• All payments are processed through our payment provider. By purchasing credits, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
• Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion within 30 days of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
• In the event of account termination due to a violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued for unused credits.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or reproduce the AI models, system prompts, or algorithms used by the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or access the Service in bulk
• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated information to manipulate AI outputs
• Use the Service to facilitate discriminatory hiring practices or violate equal employment opportunity laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or the Service's infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Share your account access with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

Our intellectual property: The Service, including its design, code, AI models, scoring algorithms, assessment questions, and all content we create, is owned by Inglehoff LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our proprietary content.

Your data: You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (your profile, opportunities, notes, and resume content). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inglehoff LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of employment, financial losses, or loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the Service or any AI-generated content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Specifically, we are not liable for any career decisions you make based on AI-generated analyses, scores, or recommendations, including job changes, salary negotiations, offer acceptances or rejections, or any other employment-related actions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inglehoff LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) any career decisions you make based on AI-generated content from the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties, or for any other business reason at our discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account settings. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@workwomp.com and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute shall be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you by email or prominent in-app notice at least 30 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
